COMMON QUESTIONS
Clear before the first bucket.
Do pickers need a smartphone?
No. A printed QR card is enough. An optional account lets a picker view their QR, harvest and earnings when an administrator creates it.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Intake is saved on the phone first and sent to the server when a connection returns. The courier workspace also supports offline work.
What if I enter the wrong weight?
Cancel the record with a reason, then record the correct intake. The original remains in the history.
What happens after 30 days of Premium?
Without activating a paid plan, the farm moves to Free. Your data is retained and Free limits apply. Data export and picker payments remain available.
Can I export my records?
Yes. Export all your own data on any plan. CSV and basic reports are included in Premium and Ultra.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
Russian and English. Farm currencies: BYN, RUB, USD and EUR.
How do I pay for a plan?
By invoice or activation code. Contact us for the available payment methods. There are no purchases inside the mobile app.
