Terms

Terms of service

Public offer for using SborGo and paying invoices for a farm plan. This is a translation; the Russian version prevails.

Version of 11 October 2026

In short

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms are agreed between the party named under “Provider details” (the Provider) and the farm using the service (the Farm): an organization, sole trader or individual on whose behalf the farm administrator acts.

This text is a public offer under Article 407 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus. The Farm accepts the free-use terms when the administrator registers the farm in the app, and the paid plan terms when it pays an invoice (Article 408 of the Civil Code). By registering, the administrator confirms authority to act for the Farm.

2. Subject

The Provider grants the Farm the right to use SborGo — the mobile app and server — to record harvest intake, shifts, earnings and payouts, orders and deliveries; the Farm follows these terms and pays for the paid plan it chooses.

The service is a record-keeping tool. Earnings and payouts are calculated from data entered by the Farm. The Farm is responsible for paying people, taxes, and its employment and other obligations to workers and buyers.

3. Free app and plans

The app is distributed free of charge and contains no purchases, prices or payment methods. Without payment the Farm uses the Free plan with its limits. A new farm receives a one-time 30-day Premium trial at registration; it is not granted again for the same email or farm.

Limits and features of Free, Premium and Ultra are shown in the app. When a limit is reached, nothing new can be added, but everything already created keeps working.

4. Invoices and payment

5. If an invoice is unpaid

Days are counted from the due date stated in the invoice. Restrictions increase step by step:

  1. Days 1–7 overdue — reminder. The administrator sees a reminder in the app and receives an email. Nothing is turned off.
  2. Days 8–21 — paid features off. Orders, report exports and analytics are turned off. Intake, shifts, statements, payouts and personal cabinets keep working.
  3. Day 22 onward — Free limits enforced. Only as many people as Free allows keep working; the administrator chooses in advance who stays. Other pickers are suspended — their QR is not accepted; other foremen and couriers cannot sign in. History, statements, payouts and cabinets are kept.
  4. Freeze — manual only, with a stated reason. The administrator cabinet becomes read-only. Intake by foremen, picker cabinets and sending data to the server keep working.
  5. Deactivation — manual only, and only for a breach of these terms or when required by law. Sign-in to the farm closes; the administrator sees the reason and a contact.

Record-keeping is never fully stopped for non-payment. At every step, including deactivation, data export and picker payouts remain available. Payment lifts automatic restrictions immediately: suspended people work again, data is unchanged and QR codes need not be reissued. Every step, its reason and its removal are logged.

6. Farm data, export and deletion

7. Instruction to process personal data

The Farm is the operator of the personal data of its employees, pickers and order recipients and instructs the Provider, as an authorized person (processor), to process it on the following terms (Article 7 of Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z of 7 May 2021 “On Personal Data Protection”):

  1. Purpose: providing the record-keeping service under these terms, including storage, offline work, exports, backups and support.
  2. Actions: collection through the app, systematization, storage, modification, use, anonymization, blocking, provision to Farm users within their roles, and deletion.
  3. Confidentiality: the Provider and its staff do not disclose or distribute the data without the Farm’s consent, except as required by law, and do not use it for their own purposes.
  4. Protection: the Provider applies legal, organizational and technical measures under Article 17 of Law 99-Z: access control, password hashing, encrypted transport, backups and logging of important actions.
  5. Sub-processors: the Farm agrees to the providers listed in the privacy policy (hosting and mail delivery), including transfers abroad on the terms described there. The Provider gives advance notice of a provider change.
  6. Help with requests: the Provider forwards data subject requests it receives to the Farm and helps fulfil them within the Law 99-Z deadlines.
  7. Breaches: the Provider notifies the Farm without delay of a breach affecting the Farm’s data.
  8. End: on farm deletion, data is deleted as described in section 6.

The Farm is responsible for having a legal basis, informing its workers and buyers and, where required, obtaining their consent.

8. Acceptable use

9. Availability and liability

The Provider aims for uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee it: maintenance and connectivity failures are possible. The app saves operations on the device and sends them when a connection is available.

The Provider is liable only for actual damage caused by its fault, up to the fees received from the Farm in the 12 months before the event. The Provider is not liable for lost profit, errors in data entered by the Farm, or consequences of late payment. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Changes and termination

The Provider may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page and emailing administrators at least 14 days in advance. The price of an already paid period does not change. The Farm may stop using the service at any time by deleting the farm.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation and a written claim, to be answered within 30 days. An unresolved dispute is heard by a court as provided by the law of the Republic of Belarus.

12. Provider details

Bank details for payment are stated in each invoice.
