SborGoRequest deletion without the app
Email us at alexeyzabalotckibusiness@gmail.com. You do not need to install the app or sign in.
Request deletion by emailThis opens your email app. If it is not configured, copy the address and send an email manually.
- Say that you want your SborGo account and related data deleted.
- Include the farm name or code, your login (administrators: email) and your role. If you cannot access the account, describe how to find your records.
- Say what to delete: the whole farm (administrator only) or your own account (employee, picker, order recipient).
Do not send passwords, QR codes, bank details or documents. If needed, we will suggest a safe way to confirm it is really you.
Delete in the app
- Administrator: “More → Farm data → Delete the farm and all its data”, then confirm with your password and the confirmation word.
- Foreman, courier, picker: “More → My data → Request account deletion”. Your farm administrator receives the request.
Before deleting, you can export data: administrators in “More → Farm data”, pickers their own intake and payouts. Export is available on every plan. There is no subscription to cancel: the app has no purchases.
What is deleted and when
Farm deletion. Sign-in closes immediately for all farm users. The administrator can cancel within 30 days. After that the following are permanently deleted: intake records, shifts, statements, earnings and payouts, orders and recipient data, pickers and their QR codes, fields and plantings, all farm user accounts, invites, subscription, invoices and the email log.
Employee account deletion. The farm is the operator of its workers’ data, so the administrator decides: deletes or disables the account. Intake, earnings and payout records are the farm’s accounting and involve other people’s rights, so they may stay in the farm’s records. If the administrator does not respond, write to us — we will forward the request to the farm and follow up.
We answer email requests within 15 days of receipt.
What is kept and for how long
- Private database backups — no more than 30 days from the backup date, for disaster recovery only. After a restore, deletion is applied again.
- An anonymized farm marker — indefinitely, so the farm code is never reissued.
- The administrator email hash (so the trial is not granted again) and the platform operator action audit — retention stated in the privacy policy.
- Accounting documents for paid invoices — outside the service, for statutory periods.
